Constant download

I downloaded this app and to my disappointment it must constantly draw cellular date rather than only when app is used. I like to manage my cellular data and dont appreciate an app that requires constant cellular data use. It would be different if I used the Garmin 24 7 but I may use the Garmin several hours in a week at most.
This is an easy fix that Garmin should move on
