Live Traffic Gone... will not stay connected to Nüvicam

Still not staying connected. Within 5 min of driving GPS displays iOS/IPhone disconnected. Live Traffic worked once for about 10 min and it disconnected. Very disgusted and am tempted to return and go back to TomTom and I thought they had bad CS/Quality!!

Please fix, Ive unpaired and re-paired. No matter what within 5 min or less GPS pops up with IOS services lost. Please fix/advise!
