One more failure after updated for traffic deal without any country

I kindly inform you , I am your member with above my mail address to your web page since long time garmin user. So I have Bmw Navigator V gps with 3.40 software and 2017.30 Europe map , smartlink 2.3.0 (1410) version on my IPhone 7 10.2 (14c92) version
According above technical information my navigator V requested to buy traffic member display on the screen after all are garmin application updated. But I am afraid your traffic application member advice not cover Istanbul Turkey
My Navigator V show local traffic condation correctly when the startup device then stop working and requested to buy member. So do you have any member application account in Turkey or not if not how is the possible to disturb your costomer without any seard or without know cover or not which country
