Does not work after IOS 9 upgrade

This app started crashing after I upgraded iPhone 6 to iOS 9. Cannot open this app anymore if Bluetooth is on. Secondly, all boxes in the app have turned white.

Cannot believe, Garmin did not test their app with iOS 9.
If Garmin guys are reading this, please fix the app.
